Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

Orders placed with The Watch Corp are shipped via Royal Mail and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (shipping address must match billing address; when the shipping address is not the same as billing address it must be verified with your issuing bank).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped providing you with a tracking number. You may use that number to check the status of your order at http://track2.royalmail.com.

Domestic shipping

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm will be processed the same working day (excluding Bank Holidays). We provide free delivery on all orders.

FREE DELIVERY (Royal Mail Recorded; Please allow 2-3 Business days) 2-3 Business days is an estimate, Can take up to 7 Business days

Next Day Delivery Upgrade - £5 (Royal Mail Special Delivery - 1 Business day. Please note special delivery does not guarantee Saturday delivery) Can take up to 2 business days during the month of Christmas.

International delivery options

£10.00 shipping on all EU orders, and £15.00 for rest of the world. We use 'Royal Mail International Signed For' delivery which takes between 5-15 days for international orders depending on your location and customs release.

RETURNS POLICY

When item is delivered please inspect to see you are happy with the item before removing any protective seals. If the seals have been removed there will be a £15 restocking fee deducted from the total refund. It is exceptionally rare, but if you receive a faulty item and wish to process an exchange you must reply to your order confirmation email immediately or email us at info@thewatchcorp.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

If you need to return the item for a exchange or a refund, please reply back to your order confirmation email and a  'Watch Corp' representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note any packages that are returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Goods are returned to The Watch Corp Head office at your own expense.

We advise that ALL Returned goods should be sent via recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.

All requests for returns should be made within 60 days of receiving your order. No requests will be considered after 60 days of receiving your order. ALL TAGS AND SEALS CANNOT BE REMOVED. WE DEDUCT THE SHIPPING COST WE PAY AT THE TIME OF DISPATCH (£5.55). YOU - THE CUSTOMER - ARE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN BACK TO US. IF THE WATCH IS FAULTY WE WILL OFFER A REPLACEMENT. IF YOU REJECT A REPLACEMENT WE WILL REFUND YOU MINUS THE SHIPPING (£5.55).  IF WE SEE THE WATCH HAS BEEN WORN OR SEALS HAVE BEEN REMOVED THEN RETURN FOR REFUND WILL BE VOID. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SENT OUT.
